Okay. I'm going to check in with everyone and get final confirmation, then I am BUYING TICKETS!
So, what are you doing now?
Who, me?
No. Emily, with her new job. Not everything is about you, you know. :)
It might as well be.
So...how do people feel about driving instead of flying? It's a 7 1/2 hour drive...saving $1000+. (Tickets are more expensive over Mem. Day weekend.)
I found a nice Embassy Suites hotel (which is cheap) close to the metro line. Then we could ride the subway/rail right to the theater without having to deal with a cab (also saving $$). I'm gonna book two rooms, since 4 is the max per room. I don't think they'd buy that Emily is a 'child.' (Although, I know I would.) So, you 3 can have a room, and Rich and I will have one with Karen. And you all can check out of your room before the matinee (so 1 room 2 nights, 1 room 1 night...saving $$). Aaaaaand...is that it? Any objections? If y'all ever get online, IM me so I can book this. Otherwise, I will hunt you down like a duck.
And Emily's new job is being a secretary for whats-his-face, answering phones and such. And possibly helping clean edges of plastic molded parts if she wants extra hours...
