Christmas Candy!
So, I made lots of Christmas candy last night. Not so much lots of kinds, just lots of two kinds. They were for work people, but like I said, I made lots, so I will bring home the rest for Christmas. First, I made these yummy truffles. I don't actually know that they are yummy, because I was so sick of chocolate from licking it off my hand, that I didn't want to eat one when I was done. And I got better at them as I went a long, and I gave the good ones to work people. So, you guys get the sucky ones that don't look as pretty. But I'm sure they are just as yummy. Also, dipping things in chocolate? Not as easy as it looks. I couldn't get the top covered, then they kept falling off the toothpick back into the bowl. And the later it got, the clumpier the chocolate got, so it didn't smooth out as well after I put them back on the tray. I also made these Pretzel/Rolo/Turtle things that Holly suggested. I did try one of these, and it was pretty good. Also, much easier to make. I still have lots of pretzels, rolos, and pecans left, so I may make some more. They were that easy to make. And they will put Shannon's difficult, homemade, from freshly cracked pecan, actual turtles to shame.
So, there are your yummy Christmas Candies to look forward to! Mmmmmm!

Shocking
I don't know about you, but I find the pajama countdown shows an appalling lack of work ethic.
Firstly, some of the pajamas are made, but not all have been cut out yet? It seems that completing each step in order would be a more effective assembly-line procedure.
Second, there are in pajamas in boxes but they're not wrapped?? What kind of a Wrapping Elf are you, Melissa!?

No, I suck.
Martin, you don't suck as much as I do. In fact, I want to make you a sandwich. And buy you hundred's of dollars worth of pants.

5 Random things about Holly
Yep, I'm Holly. And here are my 5 random things you didn't know about me:
1 - I am really good at sewing. I once made 12 pairs of matching pajamas because I love sewing so much. I may even decide to do it again this year.
2 - I never go to any of my classes. I see college, not as an education, but more of an expensive piece of paper that will help me get a job. Except my cooking class. I go there, because I get to eat my homework and learn how to make stuff that I can cook for Melissa when I visit her.
3 - I don't believe in gravity. Sometimes I feel that I am not being pulled down, so much as being pushed.
4 - My favorite activities all involve cats. They include, but are not limited to: Electrikitty, Swirl-a-cat, Eating tofurkey, and Throwing pickles. Trust me, these all involve cats.
5 - I love the Santa Clause movies. All three of them. I just can't get enough. I hope they make 10 more of them.
