Gah!
Okay, so...Sarah's dance recital is in May. They were supposed to have pictures April 21st. Costumes have been delayed, so pictures are now...May 5th. The day we were planning to be in LA. I would rather not miss pictures for something we've been working on since last fall... So, how do you all feel about rescheduling Wicked? Say, May 25-26th?

In Memorium
It is with deepest regret that I announce the passing of Black Sleeping Beauty, the fish. She (or whatever) lived in our house for a record 8 days. I even remembered to feed her. I'm thinking it was the water. Either it was too cool or too ditry (wow that little tank got cloudy fast). I was just going to change the water when I noticed Beauty taking a nap on the rocks. They looked all comfy. We held a wake, just in case, but Beauty went to the great fishbowl in the sky this morning.

Wicked Plans
Okay, girls. What are we doing? I need to get things figured out so I can get tickets and stuff. I'm still thinking of Saturday, May 5th.
The most probable plan is to fly up sometime just after noon, take a shuttle to a hotel, check in as early as possible, some group goes to matinee show while other group watches Karen, come back, probably get dinner or something, groups switch and new group goes to evening show while previous group watches Karen, then fly out late that night to be back for Sunday.
And someone back here watches Sarah and Noah.
So, originally, we'd thought of Rich and me going, taking along two or more to help. Then Rich suggested making it a girl thing with all of us and Mom going while he watched kids. But Mom said she thought we'd have more fun without her... Melissa says she's okay going or not going and that she could even watch kids... Holly and Emily would both like to go.
What the heck are we doing?? I need answers people!
